PODCAST ALERT: Honcho Sundays at have become our second family over the last few years, and there are few places we'd rather be.
The fog creates a haze amongst the hanging plants, sliced up by the sunset pouring through the clearstory windows. The SBS sound is perfection, as always. And the crowd is all fam.
This room means the world to us. It's where, as a DJ crew, Honcho has learned each other's strengths and weaknesses, how to coalesce around a sound and build off of each other. To get to do this regularly, taking the party from zero to and 11 is something we are incredibly grateful for.
To give y'all a taste of that early Sunday afternoon Honcho sound, Nowadays has released a 2-hour segment of our opening set from January 2023. We hope you can feel the warmth of that room in the recording like we can.
