Made these for date night at home and honestly, I think I outdid every fancy restaurant we've ever been to! The butter was perfectly golden, the garlic was just right, and those scallops had the most beautiful sear on them. My husband literally stopped mid-bite just to look at me like I had done something magical in that kitchen. We had a little extra and invited our neighbors over last minute, and they were gone before I even sat down with my own plate! Our neighbor actually asked me three times if I was sure I hadn't ordered them from somewhere. I laughed so hard! This is absolutely going into the regular rotation, and I am already planning to make a double batch next time we have people over. Fair warning though — once you serve this, people will expect it every time! 😄🧄🦞
