Note:
1. Clove (very effective)
Clove contains a natural pain-reliever (eugenol).
• Chew a whole clove gently on the painful tooth
• Or apply a drop of clove oil to the area
• Helps numb pain and reduce infection
2. Garlic
Garlic has strong antibacterial properties.
• Crush a fresh garlic clove
• Mix with a little salt
• Apply directly to the tooth
3. Ginger
Ginger reduces inflammation and pain.
• Chew fresh ginger slices
• Or grind and apply the paste to the tooth
4. Guava leaves
Common and very useful.
• Chew fresh leaves slowly
• Or boil leaves and use the water as a mouth rinse
5. Neem (Dogonyaro)
Known for killing bacteria.
• Chew neem sticks/leaves
• Or rinse with boiled neem water
6. Peppermint leaves
Soothing and cooling effect.
• Chew fresh leaves
• Or use peppermint tea as a mouth rinse
7. Salt water (not a herb but important)
• Mix salt in warm water
• Rinse your mouth 2–3 times daily
• Helps reduce swelling and clean infection
