This week on July 7, we celebrated National Black Women in Sports Day. The day was established in 2023 by Diverse Representation. The day was created to recognize the contributions of Black women across the sports industry, not only as athletes, but also as coaches, executives, athletic trainers, agents, officials, and leaders who help move the industry forward.

As part of the "Inside the Industry" feature we highlighted Kelsey Nicole Nelson our Social Media Chair for the PRSA Entertainment & Sports Section who serves on our executive committee.
