Meet the moderator: KLEMNTYNA ()

Klemntyna is a NYC/London-based, Warsaw-born singer songwriter & marketing/tech founder. Klemntyna’s defining debut album SHE, pulling inspiration from pop, R&B, and alternative soundscapes, came out in June 2024 and found her establishing herself as one-to-watch by embracing vulnerability in her storytelling and lyricism.

Alongside her music career, modeling, and art/tech entrepreneurship, she also started the online community HerZ.Wave to amplify women and women-identifying voices in music & tech. Klemntyna host a bi-weekly podcast series Hz Stories the features women leaders and visionaries across music and tech, and spotlights their stories. Klemntyna’s goal is to use her music and incredible drive to empower women across the globe.

Amanda Sherman is a 24-year-old music marketer and creative based in New York City. At Spirit Music Group, she works across legacy artists such as TOTO and The Who, as well as emerging acts, developing marketing campaigns, social strategies, and design assets that bring artists’ stories to life. Amanda is also the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of The Color Indigo Records (), where she partners with artists to shape compelling brand identities and fan-driven social strategy.

Her work has landed extensive sync placements across major TV, film, and global brand campaigns—including Love Island, Too Hot to Handle, The Chi, CSI: Vegas, and ads for Amazon, Target, Google, and AT&T. Her solo music is praised for its emotional, cinematic depth, earning recognition from MTV News and Spotify editorial playlists.

Meet the speakers: GABI GRELLA ()

Gabi Grella is a 27 year old Grammy-nominated mastering engineer based in New Jersey. She has worked on over 1,500 commercially released songs since forming her business “Gabi Grella Mastering” in 2022, most recently including the “Smurfs (2025)” movie soundtrack. Gabi brings a unique perspective to mastering due to the holistic music background she gained while studying at New York University’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. This allows her to understand songs from both the creative and technical standpoints, bringing a unique perspective to her mastering process.

By being a mastering engineer in an extremely male dominated sector of the music industry, she hopes to make every future woman’s engineering path easier and more accessible.
