My grandmother survived a 7-month coma after suffering spontaneous seizures, and since then she’s been in and out of hospitals and rehabilitation centers fighting to regain her strength. Due to severe arthritis and her declining health, she is now wheelchair bound and unable to push herself in a manual wheelchair. Losing so much of her independence has caused her to fall into depression, and we’re trying our best to help bring some of that freedom back to her.

We are raising funds to purchase a lightweight electric wheelchair so she can safely move around on her own again and regain a sense of independence and dignity. Any donation, no matter how small, truly means the world to our family. If you’re unable to donate, please share this post to help us reach others.
