We’re excited to share one of the many things we’ve been working on.

Our team is contributing to Amalg and
The Anthology—a new editorial practice that rethinks wellness content entirely.

Amalg is a study in well-being through three expressions: objects for ritual, spaces for retreat, and The Anthology—where reflection and meaning converge. It avoids the prescriptive, aspirational tone dominating wellness media. Instead, it investigates.

What The Anthology creates:

Historically grounded essays that examine how we actually live. We’re documenting disappearing practices before they vanish. Tracing how architecture shapes sleep, how economics determine who gets rest, how rituals erode and evolve. We’re interested in friction, failure, class, loss—the complexity that gets edited out of most wellness conversations.

The first piece we’ve developed: The Architecture of Insomnia—an investigation into how we designed bedrooms that keep us awake, one comfort at a time.

This is content that treats well-being as cultural anthropology, not transformation. It promises nothing except honest inquiry.

More coming soon.
