I am definitely not crazy โ€” and โ€” I am definitely a law-abiding American Woman.

I have never had wacky, conspiracy theories or paranoid, delusions.
The actual, criminal racketeering conspiracy against me and my deceased father and family โ€”

Is real.

The NYPD, FBI, Manhattan DA, U.S. Attorney SDNY, and DOJ OIG, have all seen hard evidence in the NYPD filed reports for multiple crimes against me. Both Microsoft and Apple techs put in writing that my devices and laptops are being remotely hacked. Citibank confirmed that my debit card was defrauded for over $2000 in 2016 as part of the RICO/psy ops scheme. And multiple psychiatric professionals โ€” including clinicians working for the City of New York โ€” have put in writing that I am a sane woman, with no serious or chronic mental health disability.

I was raised around the topics of law and mental health.

My father, Bud Rubin, was a graduate of Yale Law School, and my mother, Peggy Cohen Rubin has an MSW and worked on PA mental health policy.

๏ฟผI made sure to get in writing โ€” for a courtroom โ€” that I am a mentally healthy American woman โ€” because the racketeers โ€” the crooks โ€” will instantly try to discredit me as nutty.

The fact that I work full-time in my survival job doing corporate security is more proof of that I am a sane, clean American Woman.

Along with the fact that they do thorough background checks โ€”

No corporation would hire a crazy, delusional "mess" to do access control or watch their cameras.

You will understand why this corruption has been injuring me and my family for many years โ€” if you do the research.

My family has been renowned for generations in politics, the arts, the law, and civil rights โ€” but overly humble and not wealthy โ€” we never did any PR on our behalf.

If you do the research โ€” you will get a clear picture of our history and long-term positive impact on Pennsylvania and America โ€” and the crude envy and malice aimed at us โ€” which dates back to envious malice and corruption aimed at my grandfather โ€” Herbert Cohen โ€” a charismatic Pennsylvania Political Leader โ€” a true "man of the people" โ€” popular, powerful, respected โ€” and also moral and humble.

I am a full-time Artist and Creative Director and do everything myself start to finish.

Additionally, while painting and drawing (too humbly) for many years in the front rows at menโ€™s basketball and Yankees baseball games โ€” with no one representing or protecting me โ€” I became a long-term victim of crime and defamation that wiped out my profitable ad agency business.

My boutique ad agency supported me in NYC as an Artist.

I am not from a wealthy family.

We were middle-class. I attended York, PAโ€™s impoverished and often violent inner-city school system in the 60s and 70s (where my sisters and I were the only Jewish students) and I began working at 17 โ€” in a NJ deli serving coffee, cashiering, cleaning up. While I was an undergrad at Columbia University, I worked at the bookstore at 116th and Broadway and was a waitress at the Midtown East Rayโ€™s Pizza over the summer โ€” and still graduated with visual art and academic honors.

Meanwhile โ€” my Columbia University peer โ€” smooth, smart โ€” but not artistically talented โ€” Barack Obama โ€”

Who is one of the envious junior-high bullies and delusional grandiose narcissists colluding in criminally abusing me and smearing my artistic talents, mental health, gender identity, character and patriotism โ€”

And the DOJ OIG has evidence of that fact โ€”

Attended a safe, elite private school in Hawaii growing up โ€” and unlike me โ€” โ€œthe Jewish Girlโ€ โ€” Obama was not working in a bookstore after classes until 11PM-midnight, nor was he waiting tables at Rayโ€™s.

Years of the junior-high mobโ€™s crazy efforts to permanently disable me โ€” literally wiped me out of my home.

Up to that point, I had been consistently successful and stable and I excelled โ€” competing fairly โ€” at everything I did.

The primary method and goal of the (envious) criminal-liar-haters โ€” obsessed with injuring and diminishing me โ€” and obsessed with injuring and defaming my talented, overly humble family โ€”

Has been to constantly pile on big and small abuses โ€” keeping me in a permanent state of fight or flight โ€” while also isolating and financially strangling me; for years they have been pummeling me (and anyone close to me) with Nixon-Segretti and McCarthy-style dirty tricks, smears, corrupt hoaxes, and 24-7 illegal electronic voyeurism (i.e. sexual abuse) and theft of my IP โ€” in real time โ€” over my iPhone and laptops.

The primary goal of the dirty junior-high mob is simply this:

To make sure that I can never make a โ€œcomebackโ€ and never have the money, resources, or stability to produce contemporary art, or ad campaigns and design, or social media posts โ€” at a polished level โ€” or on a large museum-scale โ€” consistently.

As a result, the junior-high mob can then exploit their massive media power and networks to smear me even more by spreading their biggest lie of all:

Their completely false story that I wasnโ€™t talented enough to make it to the top.

FALSE.

The smarmy mob has spent years running a racketeering scheme that financially severely harmed me and my parents โ€” in order to wipe out my art career, and motherhood, and shorten my life.

I thrive in competitive settings. Nothing phases me.

When people are not dirty cheaters โ€” I am a consistent winner.

People who cannot compete fairly have just been cheating (and using nicknames, symbols and algorithms to gaslight and injure me further and to spread their illegal, crazy gaslighting story that they get to use CIA torture tactics to โ€œfigure me outโ€ and โ€œhumbleโ€ me.

Does anyone think that lawyers Obama and Biden, or Randy Levine, donโ€™t know that the crazy stories and excuses for slow-killing me and erasing my family, past and future โ€” are corrupt and illegalโ€ฆ

That was not a question.

FYI โ€” the delusional bipartisan mob includes Democrats and Republicans โ€” and people of all races and orientations โ€” and people who call themselves โ€œChristiansโ€ and โ€œJews.โ€

And they are all cheating.

Thatโ€™s all.

They are not motivated by anything good, clean, woke, patriotic or American.

At rock bottom, they are motivated by crude envy, and by their own unresolved childhood traumas, and rage at me for having been nurtured (but not spoiled) by my loving father, and their own addictions and their acquired situational narcissism.

I was recognized โ€” by adult arts professionals โ€” for having natural, prodigy-level talent in dance, music, and visual art in childhood.

I was also recognized in York, PA, and in Washington DC, as a talented, compassionate and unpretentious political prodigy and a future American political leader.

But the envious junior-high mob supposedly โ€œprovesโ€ I wasnโ€™t a top talent โ€” through โ€œserviceโ€ jobs I was forced to take in my 50s โ€” to survive.

Their junior-high scheme is 1) motivated by crude envy; 2) pathetic; and 3) easy to prosecute in an American courtroom โ€” which is why the junior-high mob also obstructs justice โ€” including through federal corruption; they make sure I never have the money to create museum-scale paintings โ€” or hire a private attorney.

Those are the facts.

However:

Despite their wealth, media power, incestuous network, and efforts โ€” all those smarmy voyeurs and cheaters do is out-trick themselves.

Jane Rubin was raised by talented artists and lawyers.

Jane Rubin is not crazy, paranoid, wild, or a substance abuser.

Jane Rubin, like my family, is a clean, law-abiding American Citizen.

In order for me to post on my social media feeds on a regular basis, at times, the images I post are in progress.

Every image will eventually match the consistently top-tier excellence that I am known for.

Anyone saying otherwise is a liar who will be sued for defamation โ€” and lose.

In my early 20s, I was the youngest MFA candidate at California Institute of the Arts, where I created a groundbreaking large-scale installation on an early Mac and I was self-taught. Steve Jobs would have known about me โ€” an emerging female artist โ€” accomplishing this in the CalArts Apple Lab. My spectacular MFA show further elevated the Apple brand โ€” and its profit margin.

I am also a self-taught Photoshop guru with excellent traditional and digital image creation and rendering skills โ€” who was continually hired โ€” starting in the 90s โ€” in my 20s โ€” to create world-class corporate campaigns โ€” for some of the worldโ€™s biggest ad agencies โ€” and soon hired as an Art Director and Creative Director โ€” and I was so successful that people started calling me to work for them independently โ€” and I launched my own ad agency; I brought astonishing growth and profits to every single one of my clients.

Most of them were won through referral.

While I support EVERY Jewish person on social media or anywhere who peacefully stands up to antisemitism AND does it in a way that is strong, proud, and self-loving โ€”

As I do myself โ€”

I do not have much in common with them culturally โ€” other than the fact that weโ€™re all Jewish.

In York, PA, I did not grow up in Jewish culture.

In our neighborhood and public schools there were no other Jewish people. Just the Rubins.

Our multicultural home at 919 McKenzie Street โ€” our living room, kitchen, and backyard โ€” were DEI spaces โ€” long before DEI was a concept.

There was a non-stop Pennsylvania Democratic Convention going on at our house every day of my childhood and teens.

My mother, who has an MSW and did state policy reform, commuted to U. of Maryland and the PA Dept. of Welfare in Harrisburg with Roy Borom and Ray Crenshaw, two of Yorkโ€™s Black leaders.

Almost every day, members of our extended family were chillinโ€™ with us โ€” and took part in raising my sisters and me โ€” the Boroms, Leaders, Stewarts, Ray Crenshaw.

My โ€œunclesโ€ and โ€œauntsโ€ were African American and White Anglo-Saxon Democrats and Civil Rights leaders.

However โ€” none of them were Jewish.

When I have put myself in Jewish settings in New York City โ€” seeking a safe, supportive community โ€” I never feel at home.

Additionally โ€” while I will always stand up to antisemitism against all Jewish people โ€” itโ€™s alienating for me when other Jewish people wrongly define โ€œJewish identityโ€ as being good at stand-up comedy, STEM, and intellectual strategy for non-Jewish โ€œstars.โ€

Also โ€” I NEVER heard any Jewish man in my family tell โ€œjokesโ€ about Jewish women โ€” never โ€” not once.

When I hear Jewish male comics make โ€œJewish motherโ€ or even โ€œJAPโ€ jokes โ€” or when I hear self-deprecating Jewish women accommodate that self-loathing โ€”

I shut it off.

THAT IS NOT BEING โ€œJEWISH.โ€

THAT IS NOT ME.

THAT IS NOT MY FAMILY.

WE DONโ€™T DO SELF-DEPRECATING COMEDY.

WE DONโ€™T WORK BACKSTAGE.

WE ARE NOT JEWISH STEREOTYPES.

WE ARE TALENTED, GRACEFUL, ATTRACTIVE, COMPASSIONATE STARS.

AND WITHOUT CHANGING OUR NAME.

Donโ€™t judge a book by its cover.

From kindergarten to 9th grade, my sisters and I were the ONLY Jewish children in York, PAโ€™s inner-city, economically disadvantaged, rough public school system. There was zero Jewish culture around me, but a lot of Black and Protestant culture, 360ยฐ โ€” every day of my lifeโ€ฆ

My African-American common-law husband, Derreck Alexander, who grew up in Brooklyn, is more culturally Jewish than I am. He also had some Jewish nurturers in his life, like his favorite teacher, Mrs. Levine.

In the York, PA city school system, there were no Jewish teachers, no Jewish administrators, and no Jewish students โ€” just me and my sister.

My โ€œidentityโ€ is nothing like most American, Diaspora, or Israeli Jews โ€” because I did not grow up in Brooklyn, the UWS, LA, Philly, the suburbs of Philly, Chicago, Detroit, Scarsdale, or Tel Aviv.

My sisters and I were the only Jews amongst our peers.

From the Obamas to the Bidens, from Columbia University to the Whitney Museum โ€” their โ€œgroup-thinkโ€ version of DEI and incorrect use of intersectional theory are reactionary โ€”

Just a simplistic mirror image of right-wing reactionary attitudes.

As many Jewish-Americans see โ€” we are politically and culturally โ€œhomelessโ€ โ€”

Supposedly progressive, DEI spaces โ€” like some right-wing spaces โ€” often exclude Jewish Americans who do not check any of their boxes.

If you are a heterosexual Jewish-American โ€” who is Caucasian-looking โ€” especially a straight, Caucasian-looking Jewish woman โ€”

No matter how liberal you are โ€”

โ€” You wonโ€™t be seen in the Columbia Alumni Magazineโ€™s cover illustration

โ€” You wonโ€™t be seen in the Obama Center collection

โ€” You wonโ€™t be seen anchoring any major news show

โ€” You wonโ€™t win any leading lady awards unless you change your name or do comedy

โ€” You definitely wonโ€™t be POTUS or First Lady

โ€” You wonโ€™t be visible as the โ€œfaceโ€ of anything โ€” unless you change your name or do comedy

You also wonโ€™t be in the Whitney Biennial or Whitney Program.

I was the only one in the Whitney ISP โ€” and they wrongly thought I was an ac/dc Jew when they selected me โ€” only q***r Jews or Jews of color who check the acceptable DEI boxes are allowed โ€” unless doing intellectual background work โ€” you will find some straight Ashkenazis with Jewish names in backstage and/or intellectual art world roles, just like in politics and entertainment โ€” some of them on camera, too, as commentators and podcasters, but they are not in the "top talent" public-facing roles โ€” unless they do comedy โ€” or changed their names.

A few (envious) women in the Whitney program with me during 1989-90 โ€” even tried โ€” but failed โ€” to get me thrown out of the program right before the show!

Their false excuses were just crude envy โ€” thatโ€™s all.

Fortunately, Hal Foster and Mary Kelley protected me from that Anglo-Saxon mean-girl pogrom.

Although no one protected me when derivative p**n star and York, PA native Jeff Koonsโ€™ two (envious) Anglo-Saxon mean-girl assistants โ€” in the program with me โ€” ganged up to block my large-scale painting installation from being published in the Whitney ISP catalog. They angrily and loudly declared that my art would โ€œget too much attention.โ€ Absurdly, Ron Clark (Whitney ISP Director) then told me it was just โ€œtoo expensiveโ€ to publish the trifold of my installation I had proposed โ€”

So the morning the Whitney ISP catalog was going to the printer, I had to throw something else together just to be included in the catalog โ€”

I was the only Jewish artist in the Whitney program โ€” a straight, Ashkenazi-looking Jewish woman โ€” both of my parents are Jewish โ€” and we never changed our name.

Yet, other people โ€” including Derek Jeter and his family โ€” have spent years exploiting their media power to obsessively defame my natural painting, dance and music talent โ€”

They are envious and became obsessed with falsely portraying me as an intellectual, unfeminine, wild/chubby writer โ€” which I am not, or just a fan making fan art. That is stupid. That is envy.

I am a significantly talented American Artist and it is MY TALENT that is the star of my art.

I was an Artist in the Whitney Museum ISP โ€” selected by that elite program without an interview โ€” a rarity โ€” and as the Director, Ron Clark, told me, one of their "first choices." I was the youngest MFA recipient in the Calarts MFA program โ€” not just one but awarded three grad teaching awards โ€” in painting, drawing and color theory. I was the only undergraduate artist at Columbia-Barnard invited to paint and draw the figure with the Columbia Masters students. I was invited to do a solo painting show professionally even before I graduated. Milton Resnick, who taught at Barnard, from the start, viewed me as a "great artist," as he told my younger sister when she visited. He once stopped class to have everyone look at my painting, and he even when I rebelled, wanting to paint figuratively and stopped going to his abstract painting class for a few weeks, he asked me to come back, and told me I could paint in any style I wanted to. I could paint and draw at an advanced level find a large scale in childhood before I had any formal training. I was also naturally advanced, ballerina and pianist in childhood.

Numerous people and institutions in sports, entertainment, politics and academia have engaged in decades of pathologically envious defamation and criminal abuses of me, and by association, also did irreparable harm to my talented, accomplished โ€” but overly humble โ€” ๏ฟผAmerican family.

Example:

On 7-9-2011, I was in the 9th row at on-deck circle. But it was packed. Everyone stood up for each of his at-bats. I could barely move my painting arm and had to see around taller people in front of me, while standing and holding my pad, paintbrushes and paints at the same time.

It was so crowded, loud, cramped โ€” it's amazing I accomplished anything at all. I painted a watercolor that was exactly Derek Jeter's batting stance, but the arms and bat were too small, due to the cramped and visually blocked conditions in which I was painting.

What did "classy" Derek Jeter, his family, and the Yankee organization do... without using my name directly, of course...

At the end of the game, he spoke to the millions of people watching over the YES network, and โ€”

He โ€” slandered โ€” my painting skills and that painting as just stuff/memorabilia that that his parents might keep.

That painting was distorted only because of the cramped conditions in which I was painting.

I was a child prodigy in dance, painting and music โ€” recognized by adult professionals for my unusual "Babe Ruth" level of talent and depth โ€” although (unlike Ruth) I was a petite, graceful, thin biological girl โ€” never wild. I was a self-disciplined, clean ballerina, and I still am.

My grandfather called me "Little Ruthie."

Compared to my natural physical coordination and right-brained visual-spatial talent โ€”

OCD Jeter โ€” and the rest of them โ€” are over-thinking, analytical plodders.

I call them the "stop-and-think" guys. Their scheming mean-girl assistants are also "stop-and-think" guys.

However:

From 2006-2012, while I was making beautiful watercolors and drawings โ€” live at games โ€” of Derek Jeter, and occasionally some of his teammates, he, his family and the Yankee organization were exploiting their massive wealth and media power to assassinate my talent, body, femininity, self-discipline and even my patriotism and hygiene.

They are envious.

Doesn't matter how much money and mass-market popularity they have โ€”

They are spineless, envious turkeys โ€”

So envious that instead of making even more millions of dollars than they already have โ€” and enabling me to profit from my artistic talent โ€” by MLB selling shirts and hoodies with my beautiful painting on it โ€”

They'd rather destroy my art career and obsessively try to rebrand me as just a security guard โ€” forcing me to talk and write about them in statements like this so they can call me a writer, lawyer or even someone who should become a CIA recruit.

They are funny.

That is the closed loop with which envious, corrupt CIA/FBI folks who are probably running this junior-high-psy-ops operation behind-the-scenes โ€” obsessively try to rebrand me โ€” as a "quick thinker" but not a naturally talented artist.

Envy causes them to protect their own linear-analytical brains onto me.

Their slander, hoaxes, criminal abuses โ€” all of it โ€” just pathological envy.

In reality โ€” the junior-high-mob is simply envious โ€” of me and my family, going back to my grandfather, athletic political leader Herbert Cohen and grandmother, modernist painter Mildred Charlap Cohen, and my talented, accomplished parents, Bud and Peggy Rubin, and my great uncle, Gabriel Rubin.

My family and I are patriotic, spotlessly clean, American citizens.

I am a talented female artist who competes fairly, lawfully and honestly.

In childhood, my teacher from the Curtis Institute of Music, Wells Gemberling, would call professional musicians during my lesson, hold the phone up while I played.

I inherited my musicality from both sides of my family, from the Charlap-Yahyas, and from my Dad โ€” โ€” a sensitive clarinet prodigy โ€” whose extremely self-effacing ways stopped him from having a big musical career.

My Dad also had far-reaching, eclectic musical tastes. One wall of our living room was almost entirely his record collection and his Bang & Olufsen sound system. For example, we often heard Brahms, Wagner, Poulenc, Jacques Brel, Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, and my first cousin, Moose Charlap-Yahya's music, Ella Fitzgerald, Fred and Ginger, Mel Torme, Dizzy Gillespie, Bill Evans, as well as Woody Guthrie, Joan Baez, Jefferson Airplane, and my Dad also liked the Talking Heads. I once brought him a "Gang of Four" T-shirt โ€” a band I liked in the early 80s โ€” he wore it often. The only sort-of-hard-rock song I listened to in childhood was "Bohemian Rhapsody," and played it for my Dad. He liked it also.

Otherwise, I never listened to aggressive rock in my childhood or teens. I was a girlish ballerina who liked the Jackson 5, James Taylor, Chicago, Stevie Wonder, CSNY, Neil Young, and I went through a brief Grateful Dead phase in my junior and senior year of high school.

I NEVER listened to the Stones, Zeppelin or Blondie growing up, except for when someone inevitably played "Stairway to Heaven" at junior high dance parties, and my boyfriend, David Spriggle (an athlete) and I were slow-dancing.

FYI โ€” while my sisters and I were the only Jewish children in the entire rough, inner city school system of York, Pennsylvania โ€” I was never an outcast.

I was a popular queen bee โ€” although a nice one โ€” with friends across the entire rainbow โ€” and popular guys like David Spriggle chased me.

My sisters listened to aggressive music.

Not me.

Don't judge book by his cover: My older, more introverted sister, an avid reader, was often in her room after school reading, listening to Sticky Fingers, Houses of the Holy, and Bob Dylan's more aggressive rock music. My younger sister would blast Elvis Costello and Blondie.

Meanwhile, "Frampton Comes Alive" was the only rock album I owned in my teens. I had the poster โ€” next to my pointe shoes โ€” on my yellow flowered wall in my neat girlish room.

Crazy people in sports-entertainment who do not know me personally have been inverting reality โ€” insanely fantasizing that I am really John Bonham and Michael Jordan in the closet.

They're wacko.

I didn't listen to aggressive rock until my 20s, or aggressive hip-hop until my 30s. And I don't anymore, except when I want a driving beat to exercise to.

I don't listen to any conventional rock, R&B, hip-hop, classical or jazz anymore.

In the realm of jazz, in my 40s, late Coltrane โ€” "A Love Supreme" โ€” became an inspiration for me, although that has also waned because even that โ€” although it is a great work of musical art โ€” feels formally limited to me now.

I prefer layered abstract sounds to any conventional use of rhythm, beats, riffs or melodies.

The music I am now composing includes scores for clarinet, piano, and more.

About my talented, humble Dad:
Ignatius Gennusa told my Dad he was more naturally talented and his tone was more naturally beautiful, than some full-time pros. Iggy invited him to perform in Baltimore with him โ€” he didn't do that just to be nice โ€” and he only coached him briefly and then resigned telling my dad he had nothing to coach him on and he should go perform.

However, my sensitive Dad was so self-effacing it got in the way of him having a big musical career and that is the only reason he didn't.

My dad was counting on me becoming a professional musician, and he was heartbroken when I rebelled against playing classical piano and quit at 15. It's the only time I ever saw my father cry, except for when his mother, my grandmother Ruth, passed away.

The music I am composing now is for both my father and myself.
