F.A.A.C. the GYM! If you missed the first one, here is another opportunity to give it a try. My classes are a safe space for those kickstarting and maintaining an active lifestyle towards great health. A nightlife mixture of music in combination with dance vocabulary to target cardio, strengthening and toning. I hope to see you there!

So excited to share that tomorrow Thursday January 9th I will be hosting my first F.A.A.C the GYM class. Class will be a 60 minute mix of cardio, strengthening and toning to a mix of trap, house, reggaeton, and EDM with high energy nightlife vibes to kickstart your 2020 fitness goals!!!
