⚔️ GHOST OF TSUSHIMA: THE FIRST MONGOL INVASION — STORY CONCEPT
Tsushima, 1274.
Before the legend of the Ghost.
Before the island became a symbol of resistance.
There was simply a samurai facing an army unlike anything Tsushima had ever seen.
When the Mongol forces arrive on the shores of Tsushima, the island’s warriors are caught between tradition and an unfamiliar enemy with new tactics, weapons, and methods of warfare.
The story would follow the first days of the invasion through the eyes of a young samurai fighting to protect his home, his family, and the people of Tsushima.
But this isn’t just a story about a battle.
It’s about watching an entire island realize that the world they knew has changed.
Villages fall silent.
Fires appear across the coastline.
Samurai gather for one final stand.
And somewhere among the chaos, the first seeds of the legend that would eventually become the Ghost begin to emerge.
