6 miles before kids wake up! Spent some time with my favorite running friends that I’ve never met 🤣 (I.e. my podcast list) and felt guilty for not wearing a skirt after listening to the great show!
Busy weekend ahead, so that meant setting an alarm for 5 am to get it done before excuses prevailed! Life of a mom!

Finally feels like summer! I’m taking the day to rest my knee some more, plus checking some things off the to-do list.
Runners, don’t forget to plan that time for family and life! We sometimes get so caught up in the long run, prepping, stretching, rolling, planning, etc that we forget about LIFE! Happy Saturday!

Working on my macros and my to-do list! I’ve been tracking and adjusting weekly. I think I’m at a good place with numbers, now I need some food variety!!!
What are your favorite proteins? I aim for around 140g per day. That’s a LOT of eggs 🤣 Give me your best ideas!!!
