So yesterday we had the Florida Department of Ag stop by because they had a "consumer complaint" that said we were selling in unsanitary conditions and it was so disgusting they had to walk out.

The Honey shack is open 24 hours 7 days a week completely open to the Honor system.

The facility where we process in is CLOSED to the public because we dont want a unsanitary environment as its a High sanitary food environment where we do not cross contaminate and its cleaned after every use. The ONLY thing in this building is honey and infusion ingredients.

The Inspector knew it was a false claim but we are ALWAYS open to surprise inspections as we always want to be 100% compliant.

So video explains. But we had a surprise visit from the Department of Ag this morning due to a "complaint" but we know who is behind it all.

Honey is extracted at the end of each season which will be too late to have an effect. So we blend every season in 1 bottle. No more summer, winter, spring and fall. This is 1 bottle all year long
