Love hearing the stories where our retail partners started

It all started at Flying Cattle Meat Market. 🥹🍞

In 2024, TD Koenn bought some bread from me and told me he was getting ready to open a store. A week later, he texted and asked if I’d consider doing pop-ups there.

At the time, I was simply sharing my “art” with people who wanted it. I had trained in Garmisch, Paris & Tuscany in breadmaking and pastry, but I never imagined those experiences would eventually become the foundation for a bakery of my own.

I said yes.

Six months later, we had a line out the door at nearly every pop-up, and I was teaching sourdough to our community. Six months after that, we launched wholesale and started searching for a home of our own.

And now… The Sourdoughist has one. 🥹

Flying Cattle gave us a place to grow before we had a place of our own. So many of you found us there—you stood in those lines, bought the bread, took my classes, told your friends, and eventually followed us into our own bakery.

From a few loaves in 2024, to pop-ups, to wholesale, to our own bakery in 2026. Now we’re back at Flying Cattle Meat Market where it all started… Full ⭕️!

Funny how one text—and one yes—can change the trajectory of your life.

And we’re just getting started. 🖤🍞

We werent reallt sure what to expect. We launched our first batch of pumpkin spice for the season and it sold out in a couple days. BuT dont worry now we know its time. We have loaded up the infusing tank with a 650lb batch. This one should last us a few weeks....Remember sit in the ac close your eyes and sip on your coffee.
