Göreme from the outside. It was a hidden valley that kept Christians protected for centuries.

The Churches at Göreme. There is an open air museum that comprises an early Byzantine monastic complex dating as early as the 4th or 5th century. The churches are carved into the Cappadocian landscape and conceal their jewels... magnificent Byzantine iconoclastic frescoes. The area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Another. It was out last day and every previous morning it had been cancelled due to wind. So thrilled it actually happened.

A most amazing experience. Everything it’s billed to be and more. The sense of floating was unexpected. So we’re the dozens of women dressed in bridal gowns with full photography setup.

Underground city... definitely not for the claustrophobic. 20,000 people lived there at times- 60 meters underground. Have to say earthquakes did enter my mind. Anyway, we survived. I filmed with for perspective.
