Greater New Orleans Youth Orchestras

The Greater New Orleans Youth Orchestras programs includes five orchestras, a Young Artist Academy, an Endangered Instruments Program, a Chamber Music Program and Outreach programs. GNOYO also holds summer festivals, performances, and retreats for talented young musicians across the Greater New Orleans region.

Important Notice:

Due to a facilities issue at Loyola University, our Saturday, April 25 rehearsal location has been changed to Tulane University's Dixon Hall.

Schedule & Location details can be found in your email!

Dixon Hall is situated near the center of the campus, close to McWilliams Hall and the Dixon Hall Annex. The venue is on the Tulane campus, often accessed via Broadway Ave or the St. Charles Avenue side.

Campus parking is restricted; visitors often use street parking on Willow St or Broadway Ave, or parking garages if permitted.

Join us for GNOYO’s Soiree Des Artistes Celebrating 31 Seasons with a Menagerie of Live Music on Sunday, March 8, 2026 in Lakeview. The evening begins with a Patron Party running from 6:00 – 7:00 pm, featuring an intimate performance by jazz legend Dr. Michael White plus specialty cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, as well as a sneak peek at the silent auction. The Sunset Soiree Gala follows from 7:00 – 9:30 pm.
