Because when you're constantly in other people's energy, you start shaping yourself around their wounds, their opinions, their masks.

Solitude is where the real growth happens. That's where you remember who you are without the noise. That's where you learn to crust your own frequency, Instead of bending to someone else’s.

Don't fight the separation. It's sacred. It's the cocoon. And when you come out of it, you'll realize you didn't lose anyone
— you just found yourself.

I remember the victims of the Bourbon Street terrorism attack in my hometown,whose lives were tragically cut short in an act of senseless violence.

Each of them had dreams, aspirations, and loved ones who cherished them. Their presence brought joy to the world, and their absence leaves a profound void in the hearts of family and friends.

As I reflect on this tragedy, let us honor their memory by standing united against hatred and violence. To the victims and their families, I extend my deepest condolences and unwavering support.
