Please contact us for any questions or custom order requests. Note: All items are handcrafted to order and are subject to an 3-4 week lead time. All packages are insured for the full purchase amount. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. All concealment flags are hung and functions are tested prior to packaging. D and Bee's Wood Shop is not responsible for damages during shipping.

If you find your product has been damaged, keep all packaging materials, take pictures of damages, and feel free to file a claim with the appropriate shipping company.
