Today our NDP dancers gathered around one big table to celebrate friendship, gratitude, and the incredible bond they’ve built throughout this season. 💗🦃

Between long rehearsal days, school, and Nutcracker prep, taking a moment to sit together, laugh, share a meal, and simply be kids was exactly what their hearts needed. This company is more than choreography and technique — it’s connection, sisterhood, and community.

✨ BRAVA, LADIES! ✨
Congratulations to Ms. Elizabeth and our eight amazing NDP dancers who performed their original contemporary work, “Messages,” last night at the Southeastern Alumni Performance in Hammond!

For the past two months, these dancers have dedicated countless hours to creating, refining, and storytelling through movement — and their hard work was beautifully evident on stage. Their commitment to excellence is truly honorable, especially while also:
✔️ Rehearsing TWO different versions of The Nutcracker
✔️ Training 8–13 hours per week in technique classes
✔️ Showing up with passion, intention, and artistry

We are incredibly proud of each of you — not just for how you danced, but for how you worked, grew, and supported one another through this creative process.

And to Ms. Elizabeth — welcome to our wonderfully crazy, creative, dance-obsessed family! We are so grateful to have your artistry, leadership & heart at The Studio and NOLA Dance Project.
