🔥NYC, Nanoos is back with us on May 15, closing up the Hall at . If you've been living under a rock, Nanoos is a Palestinian-Armenian DJ and producer from Chicago and originally hailing from Detroit. She elevates the rich and diverse sounds of the Levant and North Africa by infusing them with genres such as Ghetto tech, Juke, Hip Hop, Jersey Club, UK garage, Dancehall, and House. Her sets are always a treat and we have a feeling this one will serve everything we need and more!

NYC, on May 15 we're thrilled to welcome to spice up our dancefloor. They're an NYC-based brass band supergroup that plays contemporary wedding-style Balkan Romani brass bangers from Turkey, Macedonia, Serbia and beyond. We cannot wait to be with our amazing Ottawa family. Our space is here for you tonight, come as you are. Meet us at for another epic two-floor event, where we can all let go of some steam in these difficult times. We have an incredible lineup for you, two floors of music. If you need to just chill and chat with your people, head upstairs to our chat room for the first few hours where MNSA will be playing some chill-er music, paying homage to the rich repertoire of lebanese music from tarab to revolutionary songs and pop gems; before it inevitably turns into a dancefloor of swana proportions.

✨ Ottawa, you've been on an amazing roll and the community is growing in the best possible way. We're back Friday April 10 at Gridwrks with another epic two-floor party and we're all ready to let that pent-up energy loose. ✨ It’s been a tough time for many us; our space is here for you, come as you are and spend time with your community. ❤️

Downstairs at , we're welcoming two new faces to Ottawa for the very first time, and trust us, you'll want to check them out. First up, Laylit regular SAMIA will knock your socks off with her unique blend of Arabic and global sounds, with beautiful nods to her Algerian heritage. Keeping within the North African confines, we also have the laylit debut of DJ Sam .mtl, part-time Ottawa resident and founder of , opening the night with a set she promises will be full of surprises, hits, and all the grooves you need to get the night going. Closing things out, our very own Nadim Maghzal will take you to musical places you never knew existed. You know the drill: this one requires serious stretching.

Upstairs in the , MNSA .littlemerman is taking over all night long, just like last time, guiding you on a journey from Tarab to the forgotten divas then to the gritty underground of Arab electronic shaabi.

We really don't need to say more. If you're not sold, stay home in your pajamas and watch it unfold on your friends' stories. Actually, not though, because everyone's going to be having way too much fun to post. 😉

We also got ticket packs for your crew. It's been a difficult time for many of us, and in times like these we need our community. We hope to see you all with us.

🎧 We got a seriously amazing lineup with regulars and newcomers ready to slay the dancefloor. First off, we mark the return of two of our fave DJs and , delivering their unique styles combining the best of Arabic and North African music with global dance music genres. Our very own MNSA will bring you that hip-moving, ass-shaking flavor you crave, from arabic throwbacks to the hottest electro-shaabi and he'll dive deeper in the arabic dance repertoire + feature the divas that he feels don't always get the spotlight they deserve. Think Aline Khalaf, Marwa, Dana and all the amazing artists that are not called Najwa, Nawal, Haifa or Nancy (no worries, he'll play them too!). Last by not least, we welcome .wav to the stage for the first time opening the night, bringing her South Asian heritage to the forefront. You won't want to miss her set, it's shaping up to be a real treat!

It's going to be a great night start to finish to make sure to come early and leave at the last minute :)
