Cozy, spicy and creamy pumpkin pie recipe

Ingredients:

- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

Instructions:
1. **Preheat oven** to 425°F (218°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
3. Beat in eggs, then stir in pumpkin puree.
4. Gradually mix in evaporated milk until smooth.
5. Pour filling into pie crust.
6. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40–50 minutes more, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
7. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Refrigerate before serving.
