I need to say something that’s been on my mind. I’m 51. I’ve been around. I’ve seen things. And what I see right now with young girls being told that OF is easy money and empowerment genuinely worries me.

Nobody tells you about the screenshots that never disappear. Nobody tells you about the guy from high school who finds your page and sends it to your entire family. Nobody tells you that once it’s out there, it’s out there forever. You’re 19 and you think forever doesn’t apply to you. It does.

I’m not judging anyone’s choices. I’m on here. I made my choice as a grown woman with decades of life experience behind me. But I made that choice knowing exactly what I was getting into. These young girls don’t. They see the money. They see the lifestyle posts. They don’t see the DMs that make you sick. They don’t see the moment you Google your own name and can’t undo what comes up.

If you’re young and reading this — talk to someone who’s actually done it. Not the highlight reel version. The real version. Then decide. �
