Made a really cool bottle opener with a key ring hole today along with two j hooks. All hand forged and decorative twists/reverse twists in the hooks. The holes were drifted and the bottle opener was shaped on the horn of the anvil.

Finally got the fit up right. I will finish this up tomorrow. After hours of hand sanding the bevels, and filing the tang slot to fit I am done for the night. The brass butt cap will be a nice look on this cherry handle. The tang will be peened over the butt cap to secure the handle together tightly.

Fresh out of the quench oil. Cooled down to room temp, and ready to be tempered.
