Last winter, Fivestone collaborated on a project with GSD&M where we produced a 4 minute short film for the U.S. Air Force. The premise of the film was to tell the storied history of The First Command: Air Education & Training Command AETC Command Teamand highlight its evolution, advancement, and impact in celebration of their 80th anniversary. AETC celebrated their 80th anniversary in January 2022. It ended up being one of my favorite spots I’ve worked on since joining the Fivestone team. Working with Linda, Lauren, & John at GSD&M was a joy. They were so kind & collaborative and that’s all that you can ask for in a client! I’d work with them again in a heartbeat.

We were really excited about working with director and creative force, Bobbi Rich, on this very stylized Hoosier Lottery Spot. It was fun transforming a cold, wintery C-Store into a sizzling hot 70s style dance party. And yes, we were all dancing on set too. Thank you to @thebuntingroup for trusting us with the creative assignment of how to put the pieces together, and for partnering with us in such a collaborative way.
We loved teaming up with comedy director Adam Jones to bring this fun campaign to life for @parmcrisps. We were thrilled to work with a great cast and crew, who brought such a refreshing lighthearted approach to healthy snacks. This was one of those projects that made us laugh at every step of the way. Check out the new interactive experience @googooclusters newly designed downtown shop! Inspired by the Hershey’s Chocolate World “create your own candy bar” experience, Fivestone created an iPad app that allows guests to choose their own Goo Goo fillings and toppings, send the order to the kitchen, and be able to watch their creation be made right in front of them! The app features beautiful and original artwork and animation and is fully customizable for season specials. 2020 was arguably one of the most difficult years in the history of planet Earth. And in the face of so much darkness, we hold on to the bright moments, the silver linings. One of the bright spots of last year was making the short film, Against The Wind. Directed by the incredibly talented and unstoppable director Hollis Bennett, this film takes an intimate look at a small and often ignored segment of humanity that has been hit hard by the events of this year. The film dives into the story of an Iowa corn farmer and his community's battle to not just overcome the global pandemic but deal with the devastating effects of one of the most destructive storms ever to hit the US. Huge thanks to David Perry and the amazing team at Fivestone Studios for working to bring this story to life!
A note from our Director: “I wasn't able to tell 10,000 farmer's stories but I was able to tell the story of one. This piece, as much as it is about tragedy, is also about perseverance and not giving up. It’s about farms and farmers, but it’s also about people and the indomitable spirit that makes us human.”
