How fortunate are we to live in an area that’s so abundant with resources and life? An environment sprawling with magnificent luxury.

Isn’t luxury and extravagance nothing more than a state of mind 🧐? A decision to recognize that what you have is more than what you need.
For us, luxury is represented through emotion. What makes us feel luxury is the emotion that we are left with after experiencing an environment 🥰.
That experience can be walking through a grand foyer and looking out onto an unobstructed view of the Napa Valley 🍇 or standing on an undeveloped cliffside in the Dillon Beach community and feeling the salty Pacific Coast breeze 🌊flowing across our face.
Both experiences are luxurious.

Would you live in a cave? 💚 You might want to after seeing this remarkable property, which is both energy efficient and GREEN.
Most cave homes do not need to run heating or cooling, since the natural insulation of the cave walls keep the inside air 65 to 70 degrees year round. 👌🏽
In addition to windows, cave homes can be fitted with light ducts that direct sunlight ☀️ deeper into the dwelling. Although cave homes tend to do very well through earthquakes and are fire resistant, they can have trouble with moisture. This is easily fixed with dehumidifiers.
[TIP!] You can pull a substantial amount of water 💧 per day from the air with your dehumidifiers and then pump that outside to water your gardens! 👩🏽‍🌾♻️

Born in Yonkers, New York in 1933, Jack Stuppin is a graduate of Columbia College, NY and studied painting 🖼 at the San Francisco Art Institute. He was for many years a member of The Sonoma Four, a group well-known for their en pleine air landscape painting👨🏼‍🎨. He resides in Sonoma County, California.

Jack has exhibited nationally in many solo and group shows. His paintings are held in public collections around the country.

Browns Valley Market was built by the Giovannoni family and first opened its doors to the Browns Valley community in 1980. To this day, this family-run grocery store keeps with its original core values- exceptional service and experience above commercialization and massive expansion.

They offer seasonal boutique items as well as specialty prepared foods for locals and tourists alike. They are known for their fresh local produce🥬, artisanal cheese 🧀, high-quality cut to order meats🥩, and wonderful turkeys during Thanksgiving.

This is the only market within the Browns Valley area and considered a perk of the neighborhood by offering a small town feel within a large community. You feel a sense of connection as you notice your local neighbors whilst stopping in for your daily shopping and as you’re personally greeting by your checker on the way out.

Visiting this market is truly an experience and one that you will enjoy each day as a resident of the Browns Valley neighborhood!
