Hello, I’m Big Red with Rojo & Son Outlaw Barbecue Co. I’ve been cooking BBQ in Southern California for over 20 years. I have a wide range of experience in both catering and vending, whether it is a small private party or a full size corporate catering event, I got you covered! Some examples of events I have done in the past include the Murrieta birthday bash, the Pechanga powwows, the Temecula rod-run, and over 19 years of vending for martial arts platforms including one of the biggest nation wide traveling tournaments known as Grappling X, which is based out of Murrieta. With that being said, my newest venture is “Rojo & Son Outlaw BBQ Co”. The name of my business was inspired by my love for BBQ and my relationship with my son, who has always been by my side throughout my cooking career. together we have served BBQ all over the valley, and now with our fully equipped mobile food facility, I now have the opportunity to bring my BBQ and other tasty menu items to you and your loved ones.
