I'm finally revealing this finished masterpiece. This is the mixed media piece that I've been working on diligently for the last two weeks. This is not just any other new piece of art. It's very special considering it's a recreation of another mixed media piece that I have done way back in 2014. Which I completed in two days. I focused on the use of colored pencil and oil based paint markers.
Fast forward to 2026, I finally found the inspiration to recreate it. But bigger, better and more detailed using everything that I know and giving it all I got. It's truly incredible how much I've grown with my skills through the years. It's been interesting to see the different, more advanced techniques that I have picked up along the way!
I focused on the use of colored pencils, alcohol-based illustration markers, ink and a touch of white acrylic paint to add in the highlights to really bring it to life!
