WIP . Torson Belvedere I'm taking a drawing lesson from Douglas Flynt online.. I want to complete his color lesson but I need to finish this lesson in order to access it. In 2018 ish I was in a big hurry to finish pieces instead of taking my time and learning everything I can from the Masters. The current drawing is taking several hours and I am ok with that intertwining his tools with my own for more accurate details. The studies are reflected in the drawings I did after I completed the lesson from him the first time.

3 day study of cast drawing. This is a completely different style of drawing than I have ever tried. Hard, then challenging. Thank you Scott Waddell. I purchased all 4 sculptured (Michaelangelo's- David; his ear, mouth, eye and nose. 2024 I am now redoing the online class with Scott Waddell (check him out especially his painting of the American Flag- he truly is a Master Artist) 2925 Lord willing I will be drawing all 4 casts and posting here.This training is meant to improve my realism in painting.Amd it most surely is!!
