Just delivered this beautiful commission piece to a happy customer!
This one was a fun challenge, because the client wanted her two cats in the same portrait, but didn't have a picture of them together that she liked. She had enough nice pictures of them separately though, that I was able to put together this composition. I think it turned out great!

Sometimes I'll take a commission that isn't exactly a pet.
This was a wild turkey's tailfeather that a customer brought me to draw. It was a lot of fun using alternating line weights to capture the variation in color present in the feather!

Probably my favorite drawing so far! I love the contrast of light and dark, and the soulful, "love me" look in his eyes....
