A lot of folks don't realize how soaring fuel prices impact more than just the money you spend at the pump. Downstream impacts have started to stack up as diesel prices soar -- nearly everything you buy, especially food, is shipped on a truck or has part of its production process relying on diesel.

When diesel prices skyrocket, producers and retailers have to account for those increased input costs. They do that by raising prices.

Why do we need to spend $57 billion on contracts with private organizations for an immigration "crisis" the administration now says is under control? Didn't they tell us illegal immigration was completely stopped? What is the urgency to spend this kind of money, now?
