We were blessed with a very busy week!

Wednesday evening I had a get together with fellow Jackson 5 Grant participants. Thursday I was invited to set up for a career day at Noah's school! Friday we delivered lunch for 30 in Mount Jackson and a completely separate menu for 30 in Woodstock.

Then last evening we were honored to serve a wedding for 185 people in Rappahannock county.
Their cocktail hour menu included:
Roast Beef crostini
Caprese cups
Cheese and veggie trays with crackers
Caramelized onion dip with chips
Cucumber sandwiches

Dinner buffet included:
Tossed salad with homemade dressings and croutons
Beef tips with mushrooms in gravy
Chicken in garlic cream sauce
Roasted vegetable pasta in tomato sauce
Baked macaroni & cheese
Scalloped potatoes
Glazed carrots
Slow cooked green beans
Yeast rolls

Dessert:
Cookie trays
Tiramisu

To say our team knocked it out of the park is an understatement! I am so proud of what we can accomplish! And for the mother of the bride to tell me she didn't worry once about the food because she knew I had it handled means the world to me!

Now to determine this week's specials~ put your vote below on what you want to enjoy this week!
