What an amazing weekend down in Sarasota!
I had the privilege of painting at Anthony and Amanda Fantuazzo's wedding after being commissioned by Lori Hendrix!
I've coined the name "Guestbook Paintings" to describe these highly personal momentos. Prior to the event I paint a background scene of your choice, then attend the event where under my supervision your guests can add their unique images or names which identify them and unlock a wealth of memories.

These paintings make a unique and unforgettable gift, perfect for recording every milestone event from births, marriages, graduations, coming of age, anniversaries, family or friend reunions, retirements, Celebrations of Life, Ribbon cuttings and any other special occasion you'd like to remember for ever!

PLEASE NOTE: The size of this particular canvas is 36" × 48" but different sizes are an option. Also, for occasions like reunions, where more than one party might like to have the image, COPIES of the original can be ordered in different sizes and even printed on t-shirts )

Finally the street sign is hung, the studio is all kitted out and ready to go and I can't wait for you to come paint with me!
My website should be ready to view in a few hours.... please bear with me, technology is my 3rd or 4th language and it will be a couple of days before I'll be able to take online payments but in the mean time you can sign up for a lesson & pay on arrival (If necessary call or text me at 813-469-3689 or email: [email protected])
I will also be adding to it so it's definitely still a work in progress but hopefully a functional one!!
For the first 3 months at least I will custom design anything you want to paint or draw during your lesson so email me your photo or your subject of choice and i will create a lesson plan in accordance, whether this be a step by step format for beginners, a freestyle class for those seeking to hone their color & brushstroke skills, a still life class for those seeking to translate 3d into 2d for themselves. Additional future options include plein air painting for those wishing to enjoy the spring air and explore how natural light transforms color and even figurative painting. I would like the format of the classes to develop organically in response to the demand so some of these topics and others not detailed may end up being in the form of workshops of a longer duration than 2 hours..... all comments and requests will gladly be considered!
The studio is a cheerful, cozy space that can easily accommodate between 4-8 painters. My goal is to minimize the risk of covid while making 2 hour classes cost effective to both you & I by offering an introductory group rate of $120- for upto 4 people....so grab some friends and come have some fun! No refreshments are sold at the studio so feel free to bring your own!!
