I am requesting that This Random Life
immediately stop using my photos, videos, name, and likeness in any promotional materials for current or future events.

I am no longer affiliated with TRL and have never signed any agreement allowing my image to be used for advertising or promotion. Continuing to use my image creates the false impression that I am involved with or endorse your events.

Please remove any current promotional content featuring me and do not use my image in future promotions.

Be advised: Any future use of my name, photos, videos, or likeness in promotional materials for current or future events, without my express written consent, will constitute unauthorized commercial use. I will invoice TRL at my standard modeling rate of $150 per occurrence, per image, video, or mention, which is the rate I charge for any commercial booking or photo session.

Failure to comply with this request may result in further action to protect my rights, including but not limited to legal action seeking damages and injunctive relief.

Consider this letter my formal revocation of any implied permission to use my likeness. I expect written confirmation that my image has been removed from all materials within 7 days of receipt of this notice.
