💕 Between starting a new job and musical rehearsals, I have been very busy. All good, exciting things, but they have significantly decreased my screen time for a little while. Hopefully you’ll be seeing more from me very soon! I thought I’d give that little life update and share a fun vintage study painted with ink and watercolor. I love experimenting with contrast in my work, and using black and white with one or two pops of color has become a go-to style choice for me. And I just love that vintage Barbie look! 💕

2025, what a wild year! I just want to take a moment to celebrate the visual art I’ve made this year.

This year I have
-started sharing my work on social media again
-exhibited 6 pieces in a gallery
-participated in a few craft fairs
-taught a kids art camp
-sold several pieces of my work
-practiced many new techniques
-experimented with different mediums
-created somewhere around 140 different pieces(I actually tried to count, and that’s the minimum number which has absolutely dumbfounded me, like seriously such a blessing after a few years of being somewhat stagnant in my art practice.) 😱😅🎉

It’s not been an easy year by far, but I have been able to focus in on my art and use it to process a lot of my life things this year. I have poured into my art and have learned a lot about myself in the process. I thank God for giving me such a transformative year of art! And thank YOU for being along for the ride! Here’s to 2026!

Here’s an abstract collage I made last year. I love the way the spray painted parts bring out the texture of the paper, and how echos of each color of plain paper exist in the painted paper. I don’t normally make many abstract pieces, but this was a fun experiment. I like the result!

Hi all! Christmas is coming up quickly! We always try to add a year ornament to our tree, and it’s even better if it’s personalized! These are hand painted frame ornaments that will hold a picture to help commemorate something special from this year! We also like adding cute ornaments on as gift tags 👀

These are $7 each or 2 for $12! I can add names, sayings, or the year to some of the ones that are more plain! I will also throw in the linocut fish print like the one shown in frame 3A if you’d like one 🤩 All you need is a printed photo, a pair of scissors, and a pen to add your own perfect picture!

Just comment on the photo or DM me to claim your ornament! This is all I have left from my craft fair trial of these, so get them before they sell out!

I can meet local with these (Monteagle, Tracy City, Cowan, Wi******er, Tullahoma, Manchester, Kimball), and would even be able to ship with an additional fee!

❤️ I love the imperfections and messy texture in this. The past couple of weeks have been busy, and I haven’t found myself the time to post as much. I feel like my art making always slows down a bit in the winter between the holidays, weather, and desire to be cozy. I’ve got plenty of other works to share in the meantime, so be on the lookout for those! As always, thanks for being a part of this journey with me! I just hope that my work brings you a little bit of joy! ❤️
