Mari Hodges will explore how to find that sweet spot between too much and too little postural tone—helping you discover movement that feels relaxed, engaged, coordinated, and free.

With her background in Alexander Technique, mindful movement, anatomy, and tango, Mari brings a unique perspective to helping dancers move with greater ease and awareness. She's a wealth of knowledge and a delightful tango dancer!

Take a break from the dance floor and explore some of the beautiful hiking trails around Missoula!

From the steep climb up Mount Sentinel and its famous “M” to the peaceful Greenough Park Loop, there's a trail for every kind of adventurer.
