CELL (Indiana Punk) which began as Durge in 1997 and became The Toxics in 2012, creates real life music with real life instruments and actual singing, mixed with AI technology, and going forward will be completely 100% non-profit. As of today, May 8, 2026 we are currently an unofficial non-profit, but next year in 2027 we will begin the process of filing for our 501(c) in California and will be concentrating on helping to feed the homeless and helping with medical expenses for punk rock musicians in need. This came about as a result of finding out about our friend Jeff's fatal illness, Huntington's disease, a genetic neurological disease with no cure. It will take a lot of work and time to set this up properly and legally, but we believe there is still good in this world and the people in it and if AI is the future we want to make sure it's used responsibly for our planet and to help those who need it the most.
Thank you for your support.
