Have you heard of Fun on the Farm hosted by Farmers Union? It’s a great family event held at Watne Farms north of Velva. If your littles have never had the opportunity to see farm equipment up close, I definitely recommend it! They even give rides! (Kids REALLY like honking the horn! BEEP BEEP!) We enjoyed some ag education, safety info, farm to table info, free bbq meal, and more! 😊🌻🌾🫛🌽

I’ve been working a bit with a mentee this summer. She asked how to grow as a logo designer. My simple answer; follow other designers that do it a helluva lot better.

This is one of my favorite logo designers. I absolutely love his work and we are lucky he shares his thought process with everyone! Sooooo good.

Ps. I tend to analyze and break-down other logos in my head this way, too. That dot in the “i” being mis-aligned is something that keeps me up at night. It’s a blessing and a curse. lol
