Senior Spotlight: Kennedy Lasch ✨

Kennedy, an Action Performance Company member and Spring Inspires Team member brightens every room with her warmth, joy and humor. Watching Kennedy grow and shine so brightly as a dancer over the years has been the most beautiful blessing! She is attending Hennepin Technical College for firefighting.

“My time at Spring has been truly magical, I have made so many new friends who are all so supportive. Everyone at spring feels like a big family. I especially want to thank Amber who has been there for me since day one. The minute I walked into the studio she welcomed me with open arms (literally, she gives the best hugs 🥹) and I have been incredibly thankful ever since.
One of my favorite memories at Spring is our annual valentines party where we all play games and exchange our little jelly cats and we’re all just bonding outside of the studio and it’s so refreshing getting to hangout with such a positive group of people! 💕”

Senior Spotlight: Shelby Keeley ✨

Shelby, an Action Performance Company Principal member, Spring Inspires Team member, and Spring Instructor, has helped to raise Spring from its roots with her undying passion, love, inspirational talent and dedication to her art, teammates and students! She will attend the University of St. Thomas with a major in Education and a minor in Marketing.

“To my friends, my family, my teachers, my students and the entire spring community, thank you for all the love and support throughout these past few years. To say I’m grateful for Spring is an understatement. Spring is not just my studio, but my family and my home. Senior Spotlight: Mirabelle Anderson ✨

Mirabelle, a Spring Inspires Team member, sparks happiness and laughter at every rehearsal and fire and passion on the dance floor! She plans to attend UW Madison to major in Industrial Engineering.

“I’m so grateful for Spring and all of the people I met though the Inspires Team. 🩷 One of my favorite Spring memories is from the Bold Babes show, I had the best time performing with the people I love and I’m so excited for the upcoming showcase :) Thank you Spring for all of the memories, love you all!!”

Senior Spotlight: Olivia Matthies ✨

Olivia, an Action Performance Company member and Spring Inspires Team member, thrills us with a constant smile and infectious positivity at every rehearsal! She plans to attend Grand Canyon University this fall and will be double majoring in elementary and special education.

“I have loved my time at Spring and getting to know everyone. You all mean so much to me💕 One of my favorite memories was from this year playing hacky sack with everyone before going to awards!! In April, our students presented some of their own composition work inspired by some of the important places in their lives. Their vulnerability and heart shown through in all of their pieces and we are so very proud! Thank you to North Garden Theater for such a beautiful venue for us to share Places and celebrate our community with another fantastic Rainbow Ball!! 🌈✨

As a reminder, due to the unrest and pain our city is experiencing, Saturday and Sunday performances of Alice in Wonderland have been cancelled. A new show run will be announced shortly. The Friday performance was pure magic. Thank you all for an evening we will never forget. The show was astounding and the love in the theater was absolutely palpable. 🩷
