💃 Belly Dance Basics with Dani of Barátok Belly Dance. Hosted by Colombia Live!
✔️ All levels welcome. All people welcome.
Come learn, or review, the basics of what we refer to as "Belly Dance" in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
We'll start with a brief warm-up and then move into learning some key foundational movements. We'll then put those movements together into combinations and compile those combinations into fun choreography you can take home with you. No matter what, we'll keep moving and keep having fun.

What to wear:
-Wear clothes you're comfortable moving in.
-Street shoes are not allowed in the studio. Please bring indoor gym shoes, dance shoes or be prepared to dance barefoot.
If you'd like to bring a hip scarf please feel free to do so. We will also have them available for sale.
What to bring:
-Make sure to bring a government issued photo ID. This is a requirement for YMCA guests.
-Water.
