They specialize in abstract paintings: using acrylics, oils, watercolors, alcohol ink, and mixed media. Most recently they have started making jewelry using one of a kind watercolor gems made from recycled paintings. They like to make

small functional items, too, so if you are on the lookout for a ceramic trinket dish or a bookmark made from recycled materials - you just might find what you’re looking for!

I can't believe it's going to be year 2 for me at Handmade Holigays? Thank you for being so welcoming this past year. Your markets and the community they create have been an integral part of growing my own little art business that I never expected anyone to be interested in. (I just had to find more q***r people... SURPRISE!)

🎁 The Wrapping Room: A comfortable space with everything anyone would need to wrap presents alongside chill wintery rap, jazz, and r&b.

💌 Give & Take Room: A dedicated space for food, toys, clean clothes, books, hygiene products, etc. Bring donations to share, and take what you need~ (No used socks or underwear, please...😅)

🤝 This market is Barter & Trade friendly. When vendors & customers alike arrive, you will have the option to wear a colored wristband to indicate that you are open to bartering & trading. Vendors can still sell as regularly while using the wristband, and they have the right to turn down or negotiate any offers!

So it's which is super great and all, but we need so much more than your awareness.

Trans people need your solidarity and unwavering allyship, especially now. Trans people deserve to grow old, build and raise families, have careers that they enjoy, AND spend as much time as they want doing their silly little hobbies.

Trans people deserve to exist.

There IS more to being trans than dysphoria and hate crimes. Unfortunately, I don't think we do a very good job of raising awareness about the glimmers of joy that are very much a part of the trans experience as well.

My nugget of joy to share: I had top surgery six weeks ago. My smile reaches my eyes now.

Heyyyy friends! I'm back at in Hopkins... for the first time as Willow & Fern Design! 🌿 My very kind partner just assisted in hanging up 7 paintings and 30 pairs of earrings yesterday, as I am a fairly helpless t-rex at the moment. Everything will be on display (and for sale) until December 6th! Be sure to stop by, check out the display, pick up a holiday gift for a loved one, and get yourself some coffee! My favorites/recommendations: Hopkins Mocha, Zebra Mocha, Turkey Apple Sandwich 😘

If you're a Minneapolis resident (or if you have been paying attention to MPLS politics), then you are aware of the f**ksh*t that the just pulled with 's endorsement. Pay attention: this is Jacob Frey and his MAGA donors undermining the political process because it didn't go their way. This is a slippery ass slope, and it can't be an acceptable response for every spurned white man that loses. ✨Frey is MAGA in a blue suit.✨ Don't rank him this fall. Omar Fateh has the endorsement of Minneapolis residents. and are also representative of the people who LIVE here and not the pockets of people who live in the suburbs. They aren't some guy who ran a marathon and then decided it would be cool to move here and play mayor. They're serious. They care about this city. They want change. Do your part and vote. Do your research. If voting wasn't important, there wouldn't be people trying so hard to stop you. Local politics matter!
