Piiiiiinch me!!! Several years ago I took a trip to Maine with my sister from another mister in-lawđĽ°đ¤Ł. I fell head over heels for Maine! One thing that just filled my souls was everywhere we went they played like âcoffee houseâ music. Just slower, acoustic music that was a vibe of peace, content, and joy. With my healing/spiritual journey my taste in music has changed and evolved as much as I have. But more than that, Iâve become hyper aware of the frequency and energies of music. And this music filled me with âgoodâ feelings.
Listening to some stuff that I used to, is literally revolting to my internal system. Let me tell you, itâs absolutely crazy the frequencies that newer music that our youth listen to are recorded at and use!!! And not just crazy, absolutely terrifying. I was doing work with a troubled teen, he had made leaps and bounds and we hadnât worked together for quite sometime. Then he spiraled one evening. He was having major suicidal thoughts and had gotten into a place he couldnât come out of by himself. We were put in contact again.
As I began my work with him I discovered the trigger that sent him into this placeâŚ.music he was listening too. And not just musicâŚhe dialed it down to ONE particular song. A song yâall! One song that created complete disharmony and imbalance in his internal system, and that would then continue to create a one way track to him landing in anxiety, depression, a craving to reach for drugs, and a desire to take enough to just end his life. THAT is the power frequency has! BUT frequency also has the power to do incredibly powerful and miraculous amazing things as well!!
AaaaaanywaysâŚâŚ.my new obsession for âcoffee houseâ music then introduced me to Americana/folk style artists; these guys being one! I LOVE their music!!! Earlier this week, FB just happened to pop up a post saying they were going to be at a restaurant close. I thought my mind was tricking me! A restaurant in THE middle of nowhere Texas!? Iâm like this isnât actually them. Itâs got to be a band with a name similar and my mind is tricking me into thinking itâs them. NOPE! It WAS them! And my always amazing and supportive husband gave me a VERY unexcited yes to take me. He continued to try and make âbetterâ plans for the course of our entire day𤣠I held strong though. He grudgingly drove me 45 mins to the middle of nothingâŚ.to have his mind BLOWN!!! đ
They were PHENOMENAL!!!!! Their sound liveâŚâŚ.there are no words!!! I donât think I stopped grinning from ear-to-ear the entire nigh, because my heart was absolutely BURSTING with vibrant joy!!!
Thank you Blue Water Highway for coming to middle of nowhere Texas to play for us!!! My heart will never forget this experience of amazement and joy! I never cease to be so grateful for the people crazy enough to follow their dreams, gifts, and talents to create and share with others!đĽ°đđ
And thank you Your Couch Productions for setting up this event! The setting was absolutely perfect for an incredible evening!!
