Bus departure Dec 4th 2026 at 9pm from the WV Interstate Fairgrounds on butcher bend road . ( you're vehicles will be safety locked inside the fair gates !!! )
Arrive in NYC Dec 5th 2026 at approx 6am ( Perfect time for seeing the Rockefeller Christmas tree as the lights turn on at 5:30 a.m. and it's less crowded at 6:00 a.m.)
We will be dropped off at Bryant Park in New York City just a couple blocks from Times Square.
We will meet back at the same drop off location at 8:30 p.m
Departure NYC Dec 5th at 9pm ( Must be back to pick up location by 8:30pm Bus waits for NO ONE!)These driver are on a very tight schedule to get us back.
We should around back in mineral wells at the WV Interstate fairgrounds around approx 5 to 6am Dec 6th.
We will email all ticket holders about a week prior with some tips on things to bring and maybe some sight you might want to see.
If you want to see the statute of liberty 🗽 them tickets sell out fast so book them as soon as you book your Bus seat !!!

Our approx Plan is to leave the wv interstate fairgrounds around 9pm on December 4th more details and ticket information will be coming soon .
We are trying to find a bus with a target Seat Price of $150 To $160 .
