Indian Summer Festival, Inc. is officially a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization!!

Starting a non-profit is not an easy feat without determination and the support of those who have walked the path before us. We are incredibly thankful for Cloud Legacies, Inc. willingness to be our fiscal sponsor, as we waited for our 501(c)3 application to be approved.

With the support of organizations like Cloud Legacies, we are able to do this incredibly important work of preserving and sharing our Language, Culture and Heritage within our community and with our neighbors.

Please join us in thanking our partners. Yaw^ko, Pinigigi, Waewaenon, Anushiik, Wopila, Miigwech!

Happy Native American Nonprofit Day! Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate the vital work of Indigenous-led organizations across the country including right here at Indian Summer Festival Inc.! Our mission has always been to protect, preserve, and celebrate Native American culture, heritage, and diversity.

Indigenous nonprofits do incredible, necessary work, but are historically underfunded. Your support today helps us keep these vital traditions thriving and directly funds our exciting upcoming ISF Fall Fundraiser at the Waukesha County Fairgrounds this September 26–27, 2026!
(Inaugural festival in 2027) 🦅🧡
