Back from our Spring event for the Fall Festival Fundraiser, is Off The Trail ( ), as our indoor food vendor.

Their menu includes:
🍹 Strawberry Drink
🌯 Breakfast Burritos & Breakfast Sandwiches
🥞 Berry & Gluten-Free Mini Pancake Bowls
🥪 Deli Sandwiches
🌯 Steak & Chicken Burritos
🍚 Wild Rice Casserole Bowls

Menu options include Vegetarian, Gluten Free, diabetic friendly/safe

Their menu includes: frybread taco, taco crunch, frybread cheeseburger, frybread hot dog, or frybread bites with strawberry or apple toppings.

Our Fall Festival Fundraiser welcomes Ike's Place Coffee!

This food truck will be serving up:

☕ Specialty coffee, cold brew & espresso drinks
🥪 Breakfast sandwiches
🍔 Smash burgers & bacon jam burgers
🍟 Loaded tots & birria fries
🌮 Birria tacos
🥚 Wild rice & buffalo chicken egg rolls

Owner Brittany Gordon is from Red Cliff. She shared, "I created Ike's Place for my tribe. At home there was a gap in the market and I could see my people wishing for a local coffee shop. Us being mobile means we can travel the pow wow trail and I noticed after every pow wow there is a sense of fullness in my heart."

We are still looking for volunteers to help us out!

You will get free entry to the fundraiser, while directly impacting the outcome of the Indian Summer Festival's revival!

Whether you are: a student looking for hours for college, graduation, or scholarships, an adult looking for professional development, or even a retiree, we are looking for community members who want to engage and participate in the revival of Indian Summer Festival.

There are many options!

You can serve on one of our many committees, chair a committee, or simply volunteer during the event on September 26 & 27 at the Waukesha County Expo, 1000 Northview Rd, Waukesha, WI 53188.
