Melody Meyer Lundstrom has over 25 years of baton twirling and dance experience. Her greatest achievements in the sport include twirling as a majorette with the University of Georgia Redcoat Band throughout her college career, winning the 2012 Collegiate Show Twirl and Collegiate National Halftime events at the AYOP National Twirling Championships, and earning the title of 2013 Collegiate Miss Majorette of Georgia.
Since graduating from UGA in 2014, Melody has continued to share her love of twirling through performances in local parades and special events, including the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, and by performing with the Redcoat Alumni Band.
In 2024, Melody and her husband, Andrew, relocated from Atlanta to Eatonton to plant roots and raise their family after welcoming their son in 2023. She is excited to introduce baton twirling to the next generation of students across Middle Georgia and share the confidence, discipline, and joy the sport has brought to her life.
