Recently I had to spend 8 days in the hospital. 5 of those days in ICU and 2 of those days I was on a ventilator and the other 3 days in a patient care unit. It ended up being an abscessed tonsil closing off my airway... The main reason I'm posting this is to recognize my amazing husband the hell he went through during this nightmare experience. He was beside me most of the time and I can't thank him enough. As you can imagine he did need a break every once in a while and he had decided to keep our appointment with Foguth Financial Group. He met with Nate, a very kind man, who was kind enough to sit with Kev and just let him vent. All of this after my job position was discontinued the Friday before (meaning I lost my job). As a thank you (because that meant so much to me and Kev) I wanted to make him something special for his office (Pictures above). I made sure to give it my all.

This was made as a gift for little Bella's 1st birthday. Her color is purple and her room is decorated with wildflowers. I loved making the swirly flowers, lol.

I loved making this piece of paper art for our new board president who is expecting a precious little boy. This was a new direction for me and I really enjoyed it.

I will be at Creative 360 tomorrow (Saturday 4/26/25) at The Literary Affair event hosted by Bookmarks book store. The event starts today and goes through Sunday. It's an event with book sales, local authors, workshops, crafts, and more. I'm really excited to share my new work with everyone. Hope to see you there.

Wanted to share my new projects with you all! I had some spare time and needed to work with some paper (you know me and my paper, lol). There are 2 pictures of each, one with the flash and the other with natural light. I hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I loved making them. Looking forward to some new projects soon!!!

I had the pleasure of doing a wedding arch for a wedding gift. This was my first arch but I think it turned out pretty good. The bride and groom loved it. All of the sunflowers and pinwheels are made of paper and accented with faux foliage.
