It took years to understand the importance of communication and I’m still in the works. I also learned it doesn’t stop there. Our tone and the way we say something does matter. Playback in your head. Building happiness from within. Happiness is a state of mind that comes from many decisions and habits we implement throughout our lives, big or small. Daily routines carry the key of happiness in many ways. Routines such as counting our blessings and being grateful for the most simple things in life, like health, a job we love, family etc. Once we’re aware there are many reasons to be grateful for we wake up every day with a smile and that’s a great start of our days. I feel so much joy every single morning I wake up knowing I have next to me the most beautiful, loving, caring, committed, affectionate, patient, considerate, understanding and forgiving life partner. We celebrated life every single day together. We don’t live life on a commonly fast pace. We let life flow like water and let happiness, peace and love guide our way. We let each other be who we truly are and that’s key to a healthy relationship. We simply grow together. 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻
