Family time is my favorite time! Games, food, and laughs make life sweeter. I got to share some henna with my sister and niece too! You may recognize my sister Renee from the Taste N Glow Balloon Fest. She is my booth babe but I hadn't done henna on her yet! I needed to fix that! So grateful. Family keeps me going. ❤️

This 2022 festival season has wrapped up for Henna North! So much henna! So much glitter! I'm not sure how much glitter is safe to inhale, but my lungs have their fair share. 😵💫 Thank you to everyone who visited my booth. Thank you for all the kindness and positive energy you shared with me this summer. I wish I had taken more 📷! The henna studio is open for appointments, parties and events year round. Until next summer friends! ❤️☀️

Henna safety tip: Ask your henna artist what is in their paste. It should always be 100% natural. Steer clear of BLACK or RED HENNA! Black and red henna have added chemical that may result in chemical burns on your skin! It is surprising how common it is.
Henna North only uses fresh natural henna paste. We mix our own paste so we know all of the ingredients. Always fresh. Always safe!
Jennie came in last week for a Jagua design on her forearm to get a feel for a possible tattoo. Jague is great, giving a navy stain similar to the look of a tattoo, but temporary. ❤️
Last outdoor event of the season for Henna North! It's Fall Ride and Lake Tomahawk has a huge vendor event today from 9-3. The streets are lined with more than 125 vendors!
Today I met up with another local henna artist! Kimberly is the artist of Heart Felt Aromatics, LLC & Henna. We had a wonderful visit, exchanged henna, and shared stories. Love meeting another artist in this "henna desert" as we call it in Central WI. ❤️
