10 Months in America 🇺🇸

September is here, and there are only 102 days left until 2027. A lot of things have happened this year. A new iPhone, new experiences, a new season, and new memories.

Has anyone already accomplished the things they wished for this year?

Since I got my temporary driver’s license, I’m getting ready to take my driver’s license test soon. Life in America hasn’t been bad at all. Since I married my wife, we’ve discovered that we’re both nerds. 😂 We play video games all day long. Every day feels like heaven for us.

When was the last time you really enjoyed your hobbies and just felt happy?

My wife is waiting for the new Zelda game coming out on November 5th. As for me, I don’t really have a new game I’m waiting for. I just got my first PS5, and I’ve already spent more than 500 hours playing GT7 with my G29.

In the future, I want to buy a PSVR2 and experience what it feels like to actually enter a realistic game world. I’ve always dreamed about what it would feel like to play a video game where you can actually feel like you’re inside the game.

I’d also love to try Microsoft Flight Simulator. I just saw the trailer, and it made me feel like America is in my hands now. 😂 I can fly almost anywhere with the power of the PS5 and PSVR2.

I still haven’t explored that much of America. I went to Cedar Point last month, though, and it created some incredible memories. Fall is coming, so they’re going to close for the season soon, and some of the ice cream shops will be closing too.

I’m 35 years old and living in my third country. I’m turning 36 soon, and my wife is turning 30 next month too.

And about this video—I recorded it yesterday. We were just chilling there. Believe it or not, about 10 minutes later, the cops showed up. I thought we were in trouble! 😂

It turned out someone had been reported missing and was possibly asking for help. We had no idea what was happening. The police looked around for about 15 minutes and eventually found someone swimming nearby. That’s who they were looking for.

The midterm elections are coming soon. I hope you guys do your best to support legal immigrants who live here and don’t have the right to vote like you do. Our lives are affected by the decisions made here too.

Today marks exactly 9 months since I moved to America to live with my American wife on November 20, 2025.

Since I first set foot in the US, I’ve managed to get my temporary driver’s permit, started working at the same factory as Sam, and slowly begun adjusting to life here.

However, one thing I still haven’t adapted to as well as the locals is driving. 😂

Just recently, I accidentally ran a yellow light and hesitated before braking right in the middle of an intersection. I nearly got into an accident after picking up Sam’s stepfather and taking him home. 😅

This Saturday, we’re planning to visit Cedar Point, which is famous for having some of the tallest and fastest roller coasters in the world. I’ll make sure to bring back some video clips for you all!

Summer is almost over, and the kids are heading back to school, so I’ve also been practicing stopping properly for school buses. Everything around me in America still feels so new. I hope I can get used to everything soon and adjust to life here like a local. 🇺🇸

It’s been a few days since I last updated all my followers—not because I forgot about you or anything, but because my life has simply settled into a routine.

I wake up, go to work, come home, play games, and go to sleep. 😂

I haven’t really gone anywhere lately, but I did go see Spider-Man: Brand New Day. It was fun! If you haven’t watched it yet, I highly recommend going—whether you go with your family, friends, or someone special. I think Spider-Man will become a great memory for everyone.

I still remember watching Spider-Man: No Way Home with a Brazilian friend who now lives in Japan. I’d definitely consider him a close friend. He even cried in the theater when Tobey Maguire appeared on screen! 😂

I’m still impressed by that moment, and No Way Home remains my absolute favorite Spider-Man movie in the series.

Hacksaw Ridge is a powerful, sobering reminder of the true cost of war. Capturing the intensity of World War II, the film highlights both the immense bravery of the troops and the tragic realities of 1940s combat logistics. It is jarring to reflect on the fact that while the era saw the dawn of the nuclear age, frontline soldiers were still sent into battle without effective body armor—a compromise in soldier protection that remains difficult to reconcile.

Technically and artistically, the film excels in every category. The performances are deeply moving, and the cinematography and score work in perfect harmony to create an immersive, highly detailed experience. Hacksaw Ridge is a masterpiece that demands to be seen. It is currently streaming on Netflix until the end of July—don't miss it.
