Tickets are now available for our 24 Hour Musical coming up THIS WEEK! The performance will be a mystery to both our students and the public (we will announce it on Thursday, July 9th here on Facebook). This is a collaboration between Second Home Theatre Group and Totus Tuus Arts Collective. Our groups will be coming together to put on an entire production in just 24 hours. Dear students and parents,

Second Home Theatre Group and Totus Tuus Arts Collective are excited to bring you an exciting and unique performance opportunity – we proudly present the 24 Hour Musical Challenge! Students will come together at 9:00 am on July 9th at Ascension to find out the show and casting (which will be done via the submitted forms and videos) and will promptly begin rehearsing until 9:00 p.m. We will meet at Gleason Auditorium at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10th to finish rehearsing and staging and will have an open, public performance at 7:00 p.m. on the Gleason stage. In order to make an informed decision, we will tell you that the show will be one of the following productions – High School Musical: Youth Edition, Oklahoma: Youth Edition, or Mary Poppins Jr.; but the cast will not know which show until 9:00 a.m. on the morning of July 9th!!
We need 40 registered students to make this project happen. We also need a tech team to run/design sound, lights, sets, props and costumes! Registration will open via the following link https://forms.gle/MSJXjZPR14YNSLwDA tomorrow (June 26th, 2026). Registration will be capped at 50 performers, and will be given on a fist come first serve basis, so please do not delay your registration! Once registered, you will be sent an email confirmation with an access link to the audition form. Students will be required to upload a theater resume, headshot, 16 bar vocal selection with accompaniment track, and an optional dance reel. As the actual show is unknown to students, we encourage them to submit a video that best showcases their voice; not focusing on any specific character. Students who are registering for tech only need to submit a picture and resume.
Audition submission and payment in due by July 5th! Payments ($140) can be reserved through TTAC on SUFS Marketplace or pay through Zelle to mailto:[email protected]
Registration fee includes two full days of instruction, show license, costumes, sets, performance and food at the Gleason center on July 10th.
