The director of the Naive Charmers troupe, Robert was born 6 days after the Rocky Horror Picture Show movie first premiered. Shadowcasts have been a big part of his life ever since seeing it first in college, and then being asked to be in a cast just a few months later. He spent ten years in a different troupe playing Riff Raff, and just last year dropped out to found the Naive Charmers. Helping bring the show to new stages has been so rewarding! He has also acted in numerous productions around Brevard at the Henegar Center, Surfside Playhouse, and Arts 4 All. Some favorite roles have been Sir Bedevere/Mother/Tim/Black Knight in Spamalot, Mr. Kramer in Diary of Anne Frank, Ducker in Firebringer, and title character Paul in The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals.

Performances of Rocky Horror are at Arts 4 All Studio in Melbourne.

Meet our Emcee and Criminologist!

Leslie is thrilled to be playing the Criminologist and doubling as the emcee again this year for Rocky Horror. As one of the founding members of the Naive Charmers, she has been involved in Rocky Horror since she was 16. (Yes, in the 1900’s!) When she isn’t doing the Time Warp, she can be found onstage, backstage, at tech, and in the director’s chair at Arts for All Studio since she practically lives there. She is currently working towards her AA at EFSC.

Meet Harry, playing one of our amazing Transylvanians!

This is Harry's first appearance with the Naive Charmers. He did some improv/drama classes in middle school, but has not acted since. He likes going to theme parks and traveling.

He views Rocky Horror as kind of the quintessential community project; started as drunk college kids yelling at screens, and 50 years later, turned into a symbol of found family and the resilience of the q***r community.

His favorite moments in the movie are the windshield wipers "$lut, @$$hole" bit, and Frank's line "You look like you're both pretty groovy," with the 🫦 to the camera.

Meet Marcos, playing Eddie and a Transylvanian! He was most recently seen as the Caterpillar in “Alice by Heart” at Arts for All!

Brandy is returning in the role of Dr. Scott after playing it last year!

Eddie just completed a successful run as Brother Jeremiah in the musical Something Rotten. He has also appeared as Ted in The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals, Joey Primo in Rock of Ages, and The Sultan in Twisted. You might say his theater career has been adequate.

This is Ava's first appearance with the Naive Charmers and she's honored to step into the role of Columbia. A lifelong Rocky Horror fan since her dad introduced her to the film at age 10, she is a pre-professional ballerina who has been performing on stage since she was 7. She wowed us in rehearsal by nailing Rose Tint My World in her first try, and has added some of her own choreography as well. She's thrilled to return to the stage with this amazing show!
