Bart Fine Art Original Fine Artworks. Lessons offered. Bio:
Bart Dluhy has been interested in art since he was a young child. He currently works as an art and film teacher.

Growing up in Washington, D.C., Bart had access to and would visit the local museums and galleries frequently. He remembers copying works by Georgia O’Keeffe, Edward Hopper, Salvador Dali and others starting at age 11. Bart has had several creative careers as a horticulturist, executive chef, and stay-at-home father all while maintaining a working art practice. His hobbies include riding motorcycl

es, DIY building and repair projects, woodworking, playing guitar and writing songs, writing poetry, cooking, gardening, and training animals, domestic and exotic. He works predominantly as a painter but has experience in all media. Bart holds four degrees, two Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees from the University of North Texas, a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technology from Texas, and a Master of Fine Arts in Visual Arts from Jacksonville University. Mentioned earlier, Bart has long been influenced by many early twentieth century mainstay artists, however, currently he is drawing inspiration from some contemporary artists including Elliott Hundley, Julie Mehretu, Gerhard Richter, Robert Rauschenberg, and Mark Bradford. While he does not copy these artists’ style, their influence is evident in his work.
