Stopped in Oatman, Az on the way to California to see some wild(ish) donkeys.

Oatman used to be a mining town and when the settlers left, they released the donkeys into the mountains and they’ve been here ever since.

Wish we could have stayed longer but it was 100 degrees at 9 am, we had Lila in the car, and we still had 7 hours of driving left

Before and after show photo addition.

In order to get your photos to you faster, all images are uploaded with very basic edits to your gallery. This allows you to see your images within 24 hours of a horse show and pick your favorites.

Then I get to spend time retouching and making your purchased images perfect. Straight horizons, no flag poles growing out of your head, removing temporary cuts and scratches and poo piles from the arena.

If I was to do this to all your images before you saw them, it would take 2 weeks for the gallery to go online.

Show photos are online in record time, so of course my gallery host has to break and not let me email anyone.

If you’re a sign up, I’ll be sending you all the info on how to get your photos in the morning when it’s an acceptable time to be sending text messages.

Until then, I’ll be getting a little bit of sleep. If you’re a night owl, just save everything as a favorite and I’ll be in touch soon!

T-5 days from the Bouckaert Farm Dressage Show!

If you want photo or video, you’ll need to sign up in advance. As usual, I only photograph signs ups. This helps me know who to dedicate my time on.

If you want your weekend documented, I want to make sure I can properly stalk you and deliver candids and non traditional show photos. I can’t do that if I’m worried about photographing every rider.

Sign up now so you don’t forget come Friday when you’re busy unpacking and schooling at the show. You can find the form via all the typical ways that I can’t say cause the algorithm hates it. 😉
